Of birds and bees

After years of prevaricating I decided to make a box for a Tawny Owl. Managed to make it from saved scrap materials and even found a slate for the roof. The next challenge will be to get it up into a tree in Crow Wood and fix it there and then keep the pesky squirrels from taking it over. It has a hinged base so it should be easy to ditch them when the time comes !
